2018 Sandbox Summer Student

Eclipse would like to recognize the hard work of our summer student Jason Louie, who joined us for the 2018 summer term to work on the Augmented Reality Sandbox project as a co-op student in the UVic Computer Science program. Jason improved the functionality of the Sandbox exhibit and implemented new features including lava, ice, and snow simulations. Jason was also able to share his experience with the Sandbox and implementing augmented reality applications with local youth through a number of educational events in the region.
